How to delete your Twos account and associated data.

Delete your account from the app

The fastest way to delete your Twos account is from inside the app:

  1. 1Open the Twos app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. 3You'll be signed out automatically and account deletion begins. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Lost access to the app?

Email hello@twos.net from the email address associated with your Twos account and we'll process the deletion manually. We respond within 3 business days.

What happens when you delete your account

Immediately

Your account is disabled. Your profile, photos, and bio stop being visible to other users. You are signed out on all devices.

Within 30 days

Profile information (name, photos, bio, age, country), call history, captions, feedback, match preferences, device tokens, and any media you uploaded are permanently deleted from our production database and backups.

Retained longer

Aggregated, anonymized analytics that contain no personally identifying information may be retained indefinitely for product and safety analysis.

Third-party services

Your deletion is propagated to the authentication, analytics, and push-notification services we use to run the app. Our Privacy Policy lists these providers and what data each holds.
